  • White paper and gated-content requests: 24 months from your request or last engagement
  • Marketing subscription data: until you unsubscribe. We also review subscriber records after 24 months without engagement and delete where no longer needed
  • Unsubscribe records: we keep your email address on a suppression list indefinitely so that we can continue to honour your opt-out
  • Records of consent: 3 years after the consent ends
  • Cookie preferences: 12 months, after which we will ask for your choice again
  • Analytics data: 2 months
  • Financial and administrative records, where a business relationship results: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law
  • Records relating to legal claims: for the duration of the matter and any applicable limitation period

  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • request erasure of your personal data
