Hans brings a global perspective, having successfully navigated markets across Australia, Poland, France, Belgium, theUSA, and the Netherlands. His career began at McKinsey & Company in strategy consulting, followed by hands-on operational experience in industrial manufacturing, where he honed his expertise in innovation and production processes.

Armed with an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from TU Delft and an MBA from INSEAD, Hans blends technical precision withstrategic insight to empower startups and growth-stage businesses in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
