The Challenge
This AI company had spent around nine months trying to build a market-ready computer-vision MVP through internal hiring and consultants, without success. With investor deadlines approaching, it needed a partner to completely re-architect and relaunch the product fast - rendering heavy 3D spatial models directly in the browser at speed, and hitting accelerator milestones on a very tight timeline.
What We Did
We joined as a development partner and, using a lean delivery approach, redesigned and rewrote the product in just seven weeks. We engineered a high-performance in-browser 3D visualiser for heavy reality models, point clouds and CAD schematics, added automated defect detection and computer-vision component mapping on engineering PDFs, and built failure-prediction pipelines to improve reliability for Oil & Gas and manufacturing assets. Rapid, continuous delivery kept features shipping weekly against tight investor deadlines.
