Enabling Market Growth & Acquisition

The Challenge

The existing platform couldn’t handle high-traffic transactions, lacked secure payment processing and real-time deal management, and carried operational inefficiencies from missing back-office automation. Infrastructure limits capped growth, and the business needed a conversion-optimised experience able to support millions of users.

What We Did

We delivered a custom, high-performance e-commerce platform built for scale, with real-time deal automation and integrated inventory and order management. Secure payments, fraud-safe APIs and optimised flows were built in, alongside real-time analytics and AI-driven insights for continuous optimisation and an intuitive, conversion-focused UI/UX that lifted retention. The MVP shipped in three months, with continuous improvement afterwards.

The Impact

70% less manual operational workload through back-office automation
Scaled to millions of users with no drop in performance
Higher retention from a conversion-focused UI/UX
MVP live in three months, then continuous post-launch improvement

Team & approach

A 10-member team over a 3-month MVP build - three backend, two frontend, one iOS and one Android engineer, a UI/UX designer, a payment-integration engineer and a project manager. A discovery phase set the architecture; the MVP was delivered on a waterfall model, then post-launch improvements ran on Kanban for continuous delivery - all on cloud infrastructure with DevOps automation and end-to-end testing for stability under high-traffic conditions.
