Medical Facility Management Platform: Regulated Delivery at Enterprise Scale

10 role-based profiles, one platform
4 validated environments, immutable builds
~40% faster spec-to-API cycles
Regulated Delivery at Enterprise Scale

The Challenge

Facility and theatre workflows were spread across manual systems, and the new platform had to run inside the client’s regulated cloud zones. There was no in-app user store - identity is owned centrally - and facility data had to be split multi-tenant from shared master data. As a validated delivery, everything needed spec-to-build traceability.

What We Did

We built a facility management platform on Java, Spring Boot and React, modelled from the client’s specifications into a 48-table PostgreSQL schema. A group identity provider over JWT carries ten role-based profiles with no local accounts to administer. The platform runs on Azure Kubernetes provisioned by Terraform across four landing-zone tiers, with CI/CD gated on code and dependency checks and immutable image tagging throughout.

The Impact

Ten role-based profiles consolidated on one platform
Zero local user accounts to administer - identity owned centrally
Four validated environments with immutable builds
~40% faster spec-to-API cycles

How We Delivered

Technology stack
Java / Spring Boot · React · PostgreSQL · Azure Kubernetes (AKS) · Terraform · GitHub Actions CI/CD · SonarQube & Snyk · Enterprise SSO (JWT).
Team & approach

A 9-member team - one solution architect, three backend and two frontend developers, a DevOps/cloud engineer, a QA automation engineer and a project manager - on an ongoing engagement active in 2026. Delivery is spec-driven on a shared domain model, with AI-assisted review and scaffolding behind human gates, contract-first APIs generated from the code, infrastructure as code on the client’s building blocks, static analysis and vulnerability scans on every merge, and promotion from sandbox to production on immutable image tags.
