The organisation needed a modernised medical command-and-control system that could coordinate resources and track patients rapidly, sharpen real-time decision-making, and protect highly sensitive medical data with strong security from the very first line of code.
We built a secure, cloud-native system that forecasts casualty rates for data-driven emergency response, automates medical-support planning across personnel, equipment and logistics, and tracks patient status and movement from the field through to medical facilities. Security-by-design and hardened handling of sensitive data ran through the build from day one, on an Azure architecture that scales elastically across multiple deployment theatres.
A 5-member team - a tech lead owning architecture, security posture and delivery against operational requirements; two backend engineers on casualty estimation, resource planning and secure data services (.NET / Azure); a frontend engineer on Angular patient-tracking and command dashboards; and a DevOps engineer on CI/CD, live metrics and Azure setup.
