The Challenge

With competitors catching up on hardware, differentiation had shifted to software. Endoscopic workflows needed digitising across the pre-, intra- and post-operative phases, doctors’ error rates needed to come down while procedures sped up, and the whole experience had to be better for patients.

What We Did

We built an all-in-one platform that digitises endoscopic workflows end to end, with an intuitive, easy-to-use experience and AI voice and image processing developed with project partners under clinical validation. Standards-first integration connects it to hospital and existing client systems via FHIR and HL7, and the whole solution follows state-of-the-art healthtech design - delivered cloud-native on Azure with Kubernetes and Terraform.
